We want everybody to rest assured that we will be doing everything that we can to keep both clients and staff safe and feeling comfortable during this unprecedented time.

As I’m sure many of you already know, the experience of visiting a hairdresser is not going to be the same (for now!). However, making your experience as enjoyable and relaxing as you once remembered will be our utmost priority.

Here are some of the steps we’ve taken to provide an impression of the changes and safety precautions we will be undertaking at I.C. Partners.

  1. We have reduced our salon capacity to ensure that a safe distance is maintained between clients, so booking appointments ahead of time is advisable.
  2. Perspex shields will be used throughout the salon to provide an extra physical safety barrier.
  3. Everyone will be asked to wear face masks at all times, whilst in the salon. Clients are welcome to bring their own masks.  I. C. Partners will be providing masks for purchase, at cost price,  for those who do not have one available.
  4. Masks will be worn by the team at all times.  During hair washes, the team will also be wearing visors.
  5. Hand sanitizers will be readily available throughout the salon and all clients will be advised to use it upon entering the salon.
  6. All surfaces and tools will be disinfected after each and every client. We are allocating extra time between each client to allow for this.
  7. To avoid any potential contamination, no teas, coffees or magazines will be available.
  8. I.C. Partners request that all clients are unaccompanied upon arrival. We will not have the space to safely accommodate friends, family, children or pets.
  9. Due to the restricted service, we respectfully request that clients are more considerate than usual and ensure they arrive on time and wait in their car if arriving early.
  10. Our prices have slightly increased, reflecting the additional use of PPE and the reduced capacity that we are having to work with. If you have any specific questions regarding pricing we encourage you to please get in touch and ask.
  11. Last but not least, if you develop any symptoms prior to your appointment please let us know and cancel so that we may reschedule your appointment for another time. It’s very important that everyone remains vigilant so that we can keep everybody safe.

We understand that one or more of these strategies will not be ideal for everyone, but they are necessary to keep you safe. The changes of the ‘new normal’ will take time to become accustomed to, but we ask for everyone’s co-operation in adhering to them.

The changes implemented are subject to change and may evolve over time as we learn more and more about the virus. We will keep everybody well informed on any changes we make.
